- Subiect: The development of the princely fairs of the districts from Medieval Moldavia reflects the increase or decrease in the princely power. Regarding Vaslui, institutionalizing and expanding of the princely district during the time of a legislator and reformer ruler - Alexandru cel Bun - continued with the fragmentation of it during his followers, caught mostly inside the harmful dynastic fight. During the reign of Stephan the Great, the fair of Vaslui reached its peak of development, being the work of a wise and prudent leader. If we integrate this achievement in a broader context - the developments of the country's towns, the increase of the number of (quality) fighters from his army and the members of the princely council - we will truly realize that the greatness of this beloved leader lead in achieving a free and developed country.
