Subiect: The study represents the first attempt to reproduce the past of Lipova hermitage, administratively integrated within Tutova and Vaslui counties (XVIII-XX centuries), today integrated in Bacău county. Founded in 1746, by the Cozma brothers, Vasilache and Adrian, this monachal establishment is dedicated to Secu monastery in 1764. The wooden church 1asted until 1 808, when one of stone was built by the "ban" Toma Cozma and his wife Elisabeta, whose picture still exists today.
