Profilul identitar rural românesc sub presiunea globalului

  • Subiect: THE ROMANIAN RURAL IDENTITY PROFILE UNDER THE PRESSURE OF THE GLOBAL The work is intended to look synthetically into the main phenomena that will affect the Romanian rural profile in the context of globalization, respective the "Europeanization''. We referred to the events of circulatory migration, determined by a speeded dynamics of workforce, favored by the integration in the European Community. We had in mind the fact that these events mark the modernization of the rural even from the time of the communist regime, when the phenomena of commuting and migrations towards the urban affected deeply the traditional structures of the Roman ian village. From a comparative perspective we can state that the current circulatory migration as being the "great migration" in relationship to the "small" migration in the communist era, a difference not of impact, but of its spatial dimensions. The "Europeanization" seen as borrowings from the cyclical residential environments is still in an initial stage, and it seems to be just a matter that is related to the material gain, respectively to the insurance of an economic security impossible to set in the country. We brought in discussion severa] aspects that support the reconfiguration of the Romanian rural picture under the impact of globalization, with references mainly to the mutations in the aspects related to habitat, but also to the ones that are in the structure of the traditions, of the specific traditions in the Romanian village.
