By „Spiru Haret”Law of March 23, 1898 was developed rural education (based on the idea of "a primary school in every village!"). During World War I (1914-1916) "Mixed primary schools" from Muntenii de Sus, permanent worked, thing as demonstrated by " Matriculation Register" (between 1914-1915 and 1915-1916 years). Romania's entry into the war between 1916-1918 led to interruption of courses in most schools including "Mixed Primary Schools" from Muntenii de Sus.
