Subiect: The Political Life in Bârlad and County Tutova Between the two World Wars
The political parties and groups that activated between the two wars, except for the extreme ones, have been preoccupied by the defence of the national interests, in spite of some differences and personal pride that made the political life a special one.
At local level there have been some sections of the main parties, which have become famous and popular; that was related both to the general situation of the country and the activity of the local personalities, who have run these sections.
Under the circumstances, local and national political personalities have contributed to increasing the prestige of Romania and defending its citizen's interests.
