Subiect: A short history and the physical-geographical framework of the area where the study was carried out are first presented. The advantage of the fact that the author carried out detailed archeological and historical research on the territory in question is pointed out. Then the demographic level of the area for the period between centuries 7th/8th and 19th is certified. A table and two graphs are used to this purpose. It is certified that the area is gradually repopulated with villagers from the south of Moldavia, who bring with them the germs of the Romanian language, and it is asset1ed that the Romani an' s ethnogenesis was completed in this area in the 7th -9th centuries.
