Subiect: This present study has the purpose of highlighting the history of coffee in the Romanian principalities, especially in Bucharest and how it all started, namely the consumption of coffee and the fashion of drinking and serving coffee.
It is also important to observe the manner in which Romanians were influenced by the Ottoman lifestyle and how they took on habits, in this case coffee, and to know details about coffeeshops and their location in old Bucharest.
