Subiect: The paper deals with the situation of the Bucharestan historical and art patrimony, after the political events in December 1989. The authors draw the public's attention upon the problems and the needs of the Romanian museography, upon the lack in the legislation concerning the patrimony, upon the qualities of this patrimony - worth including in the worldwide circuit of values.
