Subiect: The study offers specialized considerations on a number of metallic artifacts that were discovered during the archaeological excavations in Oradia Fortress (starting in 1991 and restarted intensively after 2007). Iron and copper alloys are the main materials. The soil contains numerous ruins from XII-XVII century constructions, which is why the respective artifacts are very seriously corroded, especially those made of iron. The author focuses on the restoration and conservation process.
