Subiect: CONSIDERATIONS REGARDS THE BONES IN A GRAVE
In 1986 in Sânnicolaul Român from the Bihor district a grave containing more than 200 pieces of bones from a human body was discovered. This material (fig.1-4) was restored during December 1998 - February 1999. After being cleaned from keratin and carbonates the pieces of bone were glued. The obtained skull (see fig.7-10) made possible paleontologycal measurements and considerations. The thickness of the skull (see fig.5) may be the proof of an illness.
This case was an opportunity to develop some opinion about keratin and collagen.
