Subiect: The archaeologists Dorin Popescu and Mircea Petrescu-Dîmboviţa about Hungarian archaeology and archaeologists
In 1955 and 1956, Hungary was visited, as part of an exchange program of specialists of the two communist countries, by the archaeologist Dorin Popescu and by the director of the Iaşi History Museum, Mircea Petrescu Dâmboviţa. Returning home, they made detailed reports on the situation of scientific research in Hungary and insisted on the necessity of strengthening the relations between the scientific communities of the two countries.
