Subiect: The first constitutional period of Modern Romania (1866-1923) was marked by their practice of voting based on qualification. Voters were organized in four classes, according to their wealth. The elections, marked by street fights and frauds represent a permanent show of the human greed for power. The April 1875 elections represent a good sample in this respect!
