Subiect: Nicolae Grigorescu in the public eye
The painter's artistic activity was reflected both in the press of the Romanian countries and in the press worldwide. The current study briefly presents a series of articles published in various newspapers which show the evolution not only of the growing maturity of the art criticism but also the level of understanding of the society as regard the painter' s work of art.
