Subiect: Communist Party activists of the '50s between official speech and everyday language
This article is based on several letters from the author’s collection and tries to lay bare an impregnation of every-day speech by communist activists with official slogans. Activists were modest people back in the day, some of them even had a modest education. Being part of structures of communist propaganda altered their speech; themes of official discourse got blended with day-to-day issues, and common speech became perverted by clichés of official propaganda.
