Subiect: „Banca is located in the south-east side of Vaslui County, Romania.
Until the beginning of our surface research in 2020-2021, in Banca were listed in the National Archaeological Repertory two sites, Gara Banca-„Şapte case” RAN code 162201.01 cod LMI 2004: VS-I-s-B- 06672, Funeral tumulus Sălcioara - Lot1-Tum 05 RAN code162265.01. In the archaeological repertoire of Vaslui county published in 1980 by Ghenuţă Coman, 36 archaeological sites are mentioned in Banca. During these surface surveys in 2018, we also checked the two archaeological sites registered in the National Archaeological Repertory.”
